How to Add Order & Delivery to Your Restaurant in 1-2 Weeks

Order and delivery has become a matter of survival. With dining rooms shut down nationwide, the restaurants need a way to bring in orders and then get them out the door. Traditional takeout concepts may no longer work, as customers will only feel comfortable with concepts like curbside pickup or touchless home delivery.

A lot of our customers had not yet rolled out an order and delivery option, so we get it if threcent crisis has accelerated your own plans around implementing online ordering. We can help you provide a dining experience that keeps both your guests and your employees safe.

Order & Delivery Acceleration Program

We created the Order & Delivery Acceleration Program to help you get up and running as fast as possible. We know time is of the essence, so we will work with you to configure a simple system that will allow you to take orders and get them out the door for pickup or delivery within two weeks. This will include regular pickup, curbside pickup, and delivery by either DoorDash or through your own fleet.

What you need

The Acceleration Program requires two things:

  1. A Windows machine with a connected printer -- This will get orders in so your team can enter them into the POS or directly to the kitchen.

  1. Resources to help us with the general system configuration – This includes menu entry and the installation of the Paytronix Connector at each store.

The set-up process

We’ll handle making sure the integration between the Windows machine, your printer, and the Paytronix Connector works in a lab environment and provide guidance and coaching to your team to assist you to set up your menu, payment methods, and the Paytronix Connector.

The order process

When orders come in, Paytronix will send the order to your locations and the Windows machine sends the order to your front of store ticketing printer. Your in-store staff then either enters the order into your POS or sends the order directly to your kitchen.

We know this is a tough time, and we want to make sure you have what you need to keep strong. If you have any questions about how to go live in your locations, we’re here to help. Give us a call at (617) 649-3300, ext 5.
